Race for the Cure

Today was the Race for the Cure event downtown. My thrid time particpating. What made this year special was my mom participating too. It is such a moving experience and to be there with a survior makes it even more special. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Komen for the Cure

Elijah and I headed downtown early this morning to participate in Komen for the Cure. It was a great experience for Elijah. I have participated before, but it has been a long time. Thank you to those who made donations for our walk.

I'm still sick and now it's in my chest. Needless to say between that and the heat, I was pretty wore out when we got home.
