Why?

I was speaking with a dear friend who was telling about some family issues. Without hashing out all the details, a relative posted some very mean and hateful comments about my friend on one of these networking websites. Why would someone do that? I wouldn't do that to a total stranger, let alone a member of family. No matter how much I may get mad or irriated with my family, I would never dream of bringing other people into it. I would not make false accusations or wish them ill will. I just don't get it. It makes me sad. I guess I'm down this week. "Fishy", Father Jack, this. I need a laugh.
